What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Spend time researching the role and if you can, try and contact someone already doing the role you are applying for. Ask lots of questions and weigh up whether you can see yourself doing this job for years to come. It doesn't look very good if you get a job and then a few months down the line you decide to move on and you can leave your team short until a replacement is found.
