What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Read up on the values of behaviours of British Gas as it is these that you will be marked on. these are not a secret and can be found on the Centrica website, make sure you have a few examples of all the behaviours/competencies and that you know them!
Do you have any interview tips?
Specifically to the Customer Operations Graduate Scheme within centrica, personality is valued so make sure yours comes out. It is vital you will be able to work with people and lead teams in the right way. People who are are excellent on paper can turn out to have the wrong attitude and are therefore not taken on.
So my advice would be try to show you are a rounded (though highly competent) person as in the interview/assessment day process, this is almost as vital as the competencies.
