The experience at Severn Trent has helped me learn a lot of important skills, both personal and technical. The most important of them is my communication skills. We are encouraged to interact with our seniors and peers, ask questions and learn from their experiences. This has also helped me to grow my network both at the company and with clients. Through the different projects, I got the opportunity to work as a part of a team and independently.
