Do you have any interview tips?

Relax – Make sure to have an early night before the assessment day. You want to make sure your fresh. Cramming the night before often makes you feel stressed and confused. Watch your favourite TV show and believe in yourself.

Enjoy – Have fun! As a candidate you are going to be extremely nervous (as we all were) but make sure you enjoy it. The more you enjoy it and the more you put in the more you will achieve. The assessors want to see the real you so please be yourself!

Learn – Make sure to take some time to learn from the other candidates, please remember you could be working with these people so get to know them and learn from their experiences. They might conduct themselves in a certain way which will give you tips for the future – always respect your peers!
