What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Applicants who want to work at CRUK should be passionate about the cause and about the third sector as a whole.

You should show an understanding of the environment that you are going in to - for example research our brand and get a feel for the type of people who work here.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself - not too corporate. Questions are fairly basic competency questions you would get anywhere but there may be some specific to the charity sector or your opinion on something from the area you are applying to. Be sure you know why it is you are applying.
