What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
We get to learn so many things about different departments and meet all the team members in the hotel. This gives you a feeling of belonging to the workplace.
Worst
The programme is very demanding so you need to be prepared to give a lot of your time and dedication to the 1.5 years it lasts but it is rewarding as this is preparing you to assume a management position.

Starting salary: £0 - £12,000
Current salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Start: 09:00
Finish: 17:00
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The process to apply to the programme is quiet long and demanding and my advice is to just be yourself as that is what the company is looking for.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview process for the elevator is an assessment centre which lasts for 2 days. Here you will meet a lot of people and a lot of GMs from Hilton so my advice is to stay calm, be focused and also enjoy this 2 days and again just be yourself.
