What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Current salary: £31,000 - £33,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 7:30

Finish: 18:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure you sell your previous work experience even if it is not within construction. Main focus elements should be; working within teams, leadership, ability to communicate clearly and problem solving.

It is also important to be flexible about working location. As the scheme has living away allowances and company cars this is less trouble for grads than with other companies.

Find Costain 7 or so competancy value online and have an experience answering relating to each (while I was on job x I learnt how to work well with others being as though ........).
