What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Focus on FMC's core values and how they are applied during everyday work as an engineer. Think of examples where you have demonstarted them and this will look golden on your application form!
Do you have any interview tips?
I didn't go through the typical application process as I was a scholar student through university.
From what I've hard from fellow graduates, it was typicval assessment centre activities such as group exercises, one to one competency based interviews etc.
