General/ overall skills are important alongside knowledge. My current role has included a lot of adapting to new experiences and being proactive to learn.
Do you have any interview tips?
Being dynamic and adaptable are traits that are vital in my role now I work for the company. During the interview process, how you approach a problem and find a solution (either as an individual or within a team) is a big part of my current job and I feel this was reflected during the interview/ assessment stage. Being your authentic self is a big part of the company culture, approach the interview with that in mind.
