There is really nothing that stands out to me. If anything it's how fast the industry is growing at the moment in technology and it's hard to keep up.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £65,000 - £70,000

Current salary: £75,000 - £80,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Just be yourself. FDM is all about wanting to get to know the people they bring into the business. Show us that you have the same passion and energy we do to want to help grow and drive the business to the next level.

Do you have any interview tips?

Just do your research. You need to be able to show us that you have a passion for IT no matter what pathway you train in. Know what's going on in the industry and of course always look at our Stock Price.
