What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Understand the industry and have an opinion about the future for networks and mobile. Thinking about the changes in the digital world and how Apple, Amazon etc. can start to compete with Telefonica for market space. Suggest changes for the company in the space they are innovating eg. big data. Understand the Think Big programme, it is very important to the heart of the business. Look at Wayra it is another interesting part of the business that would be good to talk about.

Challenges for the industry, future for digital. How the company will seek to build revenues, where profits can be born from. Show passion and interest and personality. Everyone at Telefonica is giving and supportive so you want to show you can contribute to this atmosphere.
