What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself. If being positive, open and honest is something you find difficult, you will find your time here incredibly wearing as they are difficult characteristics to fake. The culture isn't for everyone (it can be considered slightly less formal than a traditional corporation,) and you should pay this serious consideration.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be honest. They appreciate that you probably haven't had any similar experiences before and that you will have a lot to learn when you arrive. It is your openess and receptiveness to this that is important. Relax, they genuinely want to see who you are and what you are like. It's in your interest to show them that, as actually it may be that you would not 'settle in' to the culture. It's better to know that from the Assessment Day (by really experiencing it) than 4 weeks in to role and you are not enjoying it.
