Best
Continuous exposure to new topics and learning new things. My team is great, and my manager provides me with the flexibility needed to study for my qualification.
Worst
Studying for a professional qualification and working full time can be quite challenging at times, but is well worth it.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself, and try to complete every assessment by being calm and researching the company beforehand.
Do you have any interview tips?
Try understanding the company's objective and missions before going to the interview. Be calm and especially be yourself, and never ever use words or talk about things you do not know enough about, but just to impress the interviewer. Be relaxed and do not try to over do it, the interviewer will notice.
