What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The company culture: the people are intelligent, driven and easy to get along with as well as promoting a healthy work life balance through volunteering opportunities and hybrid working policies. The benefits package is great, with salary increases every year within the scheme and good landing role opportunities.
Worst
With lots of organizational change, there are fewer technical roles and these are therefore harder to find.
