What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The breadth of knowledge and understanding you are open to in any role.
Partnering with other functions within the business and learning about different areas you wouldn't have thought you'd know.
The culture and people - honestly, I haven't met someone I don't get on with and everyone is so open to helping you, teaching you and just having a chat.
Worst
Personally, I do sometimes struggle with the amount of knowledge and information that needs linking together.

Be yourself. The best advice I ever had was to be myself, open and honest during the interviews & assessment centre. This got me the role.
