1. Make sure you want to work in FMCG.
2. Give well rounded examples, not only academic in cover letters and CV.
3. Try and show some personality through your writing and online interviews.
4. Prepare for competency tests.
Do you have any interview tips?
1. Be yourself, RB company culture is strong, so it's just as important that the company is the right fit for you, as you are for the company.
2. Prepare well, read about current issues and challenges manufacturers are currently facing.
3. Learn and love our brands. This will give great talking points in interview process.
4. Get on with the interviewers. It is so important that they can see themselves working with you.
