What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Interesting nature of work with great responsibility given even at entry level. Supportive environment for career progression and learning, both professionally and academically. Flexible working hours also available as an option.
Worst
Workload - too much work with too little resource at the Bank so colleagues are always overstretched. Also, lack of vertical progression, only way to scale up is moving sideways across different business areas - its a generalist not a specialist organisation.
