What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

There is a lot of support available for wellbeing with an in house counselling service, a gym, there is also a lot of different communities such as the Wellbeing community, LGBTQ+, religious communities that offer support and events thoughout the year

Worst

There is very limited ways to explore different working sectors, for example I am in technology however I was placed in a specific role that while giving me experience in that role doesn't allow me to explore other areas of technology that I may wish to explore as future career pathways. We were not informed about lack of rotation options before accepting the job role. Also our wages were stagnated for 15 years till this year.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £33,000 - £35,000

Current salary: £33,000 - £35,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:30

Finish: 04:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

It is a long application be ready to put a lot of information and don't be afraid to speak from the heart

Do you have any interview tips?

Many people think during group work that they need to be the one speaking the most, but that isn't correct in a group work setting you need to show how you work as a team, ask for input of people speaking less, centre the conversation back to the task and be kind and respectful of everyone's opinions
