The exposure to certain topics and people at a senior level is something that is hard to get elsewhere.

The organisation takes a bit longer to change culturally, so if there are aspects you do not like, it may take some time before these can be influenced and changed.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £33,000 - £35,000

Current salary: £37,000 - £39,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Focus on the Bank's purpose and the behaviours they want to promote. Do not think too much about your technical abilities and highlight your curiosity for all parts of the Bank as well as your ability to learn.
