What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Don't pretend to be something you're not. When you have telephone interviews or an assessment centre try to be yourself. Assessors look to see whether a person will fit into the culture of American Express, you stand a better chance of fitting in if you are honest and natural during interviews.
