What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
I work in a great and supportive team, there has been excellent training provided and I've learnt a lot. You're expected to work hard during the day, but there is a really good work/life balance.
Some of the opportunities are limited due to being new and having limited authority e.g. handling large cases etc.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Current salary: £29,000 - £31,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Read the questions carefully, draft your answers before you submit and give clear examples.
Do you have any interview tips?
Read up on the company and the insurance sector as a whole beforehand, think about why you want to work for Allianz and what motivates you as an individual, and have some good examples to hand of times where you've overcome an obstacle or worked effectively within a team. Try to enjoy it and just be yourself. My interview honestly felt more like a chat and that the company were just keen to get to know me - it went by in a flash!
