What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
When you get to the assessment centre, try to break the ice with the other candidates in the morning and throughout the day...it will help you settle down and make it feel less like a competition - that way you can act more naturally in things such as the group task.
Do you have any interview tips?
Try to sound like you have genuine enthusiasm for the role - as most of the interviewing managers are more interested in discussing their department and why you think you would fit in, as opposed to the standard 'competency' questions, which only form part of the interview.
