So many learning opportunities
Really helpful to see different BU's and how they work
Exposure to different leadership styles

Sometimes you have to leave a department you are really enjoying
There are a few occasions where you will be fully left to your own devices and it can be difficult to fill the time
Other times you will be really busy across departments and projects so it can be difficult to manage your time
