What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
DO IT!
I cannot imagine anyone coming out of university and getting as much exposure, responsibility and steep learning curves, in any other company versus what I have experienced in RB. If given the opportunity to change my decision, I would do it all again!

Ensure you are aware of the RB culture before your interview - this is key not only for the interview, but when you enter the office. Our culture is unique and you must be fully aware and ensure it is the right culture fit for you.
