What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
We get the opportunity to move around the business so you get to experience every department in the company which will help you with the final position you choose. We are also given the opportunity to move around the different offices now that Countryside has more nationally spread.
Worst
We are not given huge responsibilities, especially when in a rotation for a short period of time, which can be frustrating at times.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £23,000 - £25,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be yourself, research the company and make sure that what countryside is trying to do with its building of high quality houses and homes is what you want to do.
