What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The flexibility that you have here when on the graduate scheme is amazing, you can really use your placements to explore as much of the business as you want to. As long as you are self-motivated, you can get involved in pretty much anything, and people are always very helpful and supportive.

Worst

There are peaks and troughs in workload. During times where I don't have much to do it can be demotivating, but luckily extra projects outside of my day role with other graduates keep me busy.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Although this isn't paramount, think about whether you are willing to relocate to areas across the network, as this is a high possibility, particularly in operations.
