Don't go in thinking you know it all, show enthuasiasm and ask questions. The interview process is as much about getting to know if the company is right for you as it is about the company assessing you. The interview process consisted of an application, a telephone interview and then an assesment centre. The assessment centre is a great chance to meet previous graduates, and ask questions about the scheme. Be yourself and honest in interviews and try to give examples in your answers as much as possible.
