What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Get the application in as early as possible, in the summer before your final year write down some generic answers to applications such as where youve shown leadership skills etc. Then research the company values for Rolls Royce and link them up in your application.
Do you have any interview tips?
Confidence is the key. You can only know what is available to the public, i.e. on their website/ on the news so just make sure that you really know what the company does, their history, their product and any major evets that have happened. Following your research you should have questions as there are likely to be gaps in the information.
