Due to the nature of the job there can be times where you need to juggle multiple jobs and small tasks which can get hectic but it is manageable and I do find the variety rewarding.
The graduate programme has been good so far but there has been a big focus on leadership which I understand is important but not everyone is naturally comfortable in these roles so I think there could be a wider focus on recognising different strengths in people.
