Best

I love investigating crime and building a story to reach a conclusion of what has happened. The people I work with are always willing to help progress my development. Work/life balance.

Worst

Depending on what rotation you are on, being at a laptop and desk all day can be challenging.

Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000

Current salary: £31,000 - £33,000

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself. TJX Europe's cultural factors are at the heart of the business so make sure you get across your personality and what you stand for, as this is important to the business. Research our off-price model and make sure you have a basic understanding of who TJX Europe are. Don't dress too formally, the dress code is smart/casual. In a group task, don't be the loudest in the room and try to drown out other's voices, instead have an input and encourage everyone to get involved.
