What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Research CGI and consider how your own background (e.g. work experience, soft skills) applies to working there.

Make sure you do some practise tests for areas such as inductive reasoning.

Do you have any interview tips?

I found the Assessment Centre on the day to be very relaxed as everyone I met on the day were very friendly - it consists of an interview and a group work assessment task.

During the interview, I discussed my CV / application / written assignment. Ensure you can talk in detail anything you have put on your application and CV so that you can go into it in detail whilst showing how these skills would fit into CGI.

Also make sure you do your research on CGI - what projects are they currently focused on / what impresses you about the company / why do you want to work at CGI?

The group work was gauging how you work with other people in a team - you are set a task and given a time limit to come on a decision to complete the task, for example you are stuck on an island, what should be done to escape it?
