Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Having work experience where you have shown leadership is crucial. Whether it is a Duty Manager/Supervisor in a retail environment or something procurement based - this is the critical point that will make a difference. Everyone walks out of uni with a 2:1 these days, it is about making sure you stand out from those people.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be prepared to be challenged on your answers. I was a bit taken aback when this happened, but you will be challenged to see how you stand up to this. Just keep calm and stick with what you know, don't try and muddle/lie your way through it as you will be caught out.
