What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Don't rely on loving cars as a reason for wanting to work here. Many of the applicants love the JLR brands so it is nothing special. I was never that excited by cars and I was honest about that in my interview and I think that helped me because it meant I had to give other, more interesting reasons as to why I wanted to work here. e.g. exciting, international business; lots of investment in training etc.
