What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest about who you are and what you can do. Show energy and enthusiasm for your subject and an interest in people. Don't be overly competitive as it gives the impression you will not work well in a team. There is a wonderful working environment at Skanska because generally the people who get in to the company are friendly, accepting and driven to the right degree.

Draw on all the experience you have as it counts for a lot. Don't be afraid to say you don't know the answer to a question, but think it through and see if you can come to a solution; your thought process is often more telling than your answer.
