Do you have any interview tips?
Speaking from personal experience, my interview was split between technical questions and assessment of my character.
The technical questions element allowed my interviewer to determine how I analysed the queries. Most queries were based on content I learned during my time in education. A small number of queries were presented to analyse how I approached and critically analysed the queries.
The character assessment element allowed my interviewer to understand me in a greater depth to determine if I would be suitable for my proposed team. This is more of an informal discussion and an opportunity for you to ask the interviewer questions in return.
