What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
As a graduate, don't overly focus on the technical elements. That is important but most people will be at a similar level. The elements that set you apart will be your communication skills, other achievements and how you come across as a person.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself. I wasn't asked too many overly technical questions - just a couple of basic ones so the interviewers could get an idea of my thought process and how logically I answered the question. Other questions that were asked were more reactive and not questions that you could prepare for too much. Just take your time, be honest and answer as you feel is most appropriate.
