Though the application form is long, it is worthwhile; the application process overall is trimmed down by having this "up-front" cost.
Do you have any interview tips?
There was a short but unexpected writing exercise; given two statements I had to choose one, and defend an opinion on it. The reasoning was explained as: "sometimes great technical candidates can't articulate their point of view" so the exercise was to test your written communication skills, especially in terms of ability to argue, persuade and advise.
There was also a technical question on bending moment diagrams.
