Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Choose a specific sector you want to go in and apply for a role within it. Do not worry about making the wrong choice, once you're in, you're able to change to another sector if you feel the one you have chosen is no longer the right choice. There are plenty of job positions available within the company; your employer wants the best for you and the company. Do not be afraid to discuss your ambitions, as you will be heard.

Prepare for the interview: get some information about the company, make sure you understand what they do. You will be asked about your experiences: try to practice in front of a friend or a mirror to avoid being silent at the interview, nobody likes a one word answer in these cases. The interviewers are trying to find out as much as they can about you in about an hours time: it does not work in your favour to be silent. Ask HR if you need to prepare something and what type of interview you will be having: is it an assessment centre? Technical? Informal? Search on Google for previous interview questions, you might find some very useful tips and information.
