Best
Agile working allows me to be more productive. Working in a friendly and motivating environment. No matter how senior the person is, they are always more than willing to answer questions and give advice.
Worst
Some tasks can be quite repetitive. Approaching deadlines can be quite daunting and create a stressful atmosphere.
