The work is varied so most days are different, with plenty of opportunity to challenge myself.

Worst

Occasionally getting left with boring work: "get a grad to do it" style work. Usually this is acknowledged as being dull and doesn't last too long, but gives an opportunity to show you can do a boring job well and not complain and lead to more interesting work as you've shown you're reliable.
