What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The range of work I'm doing, from flood risk assessments to drainage layout and calculations to working through the finances of a project.
Worst
It's a steep learning curve, and so I'm still working on more basic work, but I'll get there soon!

Be yourself in your application - even though the application questions are generic, put your personality into your answers.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself and relaxed - the interviewer wants to know you're good at the job but also wants someone they can spend all day every day working with, so show your personality and have a good chat. I was asked some basic technical questions but just talk through the challenge as you would in your head to explain your process.
