What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Working on a project which is completely brand new, and no one has experience of it in the company. Therefore, completely getting to shape it and take it in the direction myself and my manager think is best. The project also has a huge societal and community benefit and is ethical. It's also given me huge exposure to the Exec and Board members.
Worst
The locations: Coventry and Hinckley.
