Do you have any interview tips?
Be prepared to take a couple of programming tests and most important: be prepared to solve your mistakes in them afterwards! I did not do especially good in the initial test but remaining calm helped me correct my flaws in the following interview. Which in the end granted me the role. So don't be afraid to fail, instead be eager to learn from your mistakes.
