What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Ensure you spend a significant amount of time writing the answers to the questions. Show who you are and what you can bring to a team environment, as that seems to be a very important factor.
The HR departments actually read your application forms, so don't hastily send it off.
Do you have any interview tips?
10 min Presentation: just make sure you prepare well and know some background info on the topic you choose.
Interview: just typical competency based q's. Technical q's came with the presentation, but I also linked them to the generic interview. Lasts about an hour.
Standard numerical, verbal and logical test which is not too difficult (do practice beforehand though- don't be complacent!).
