What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Research the company first. Make sure you have all the information about what they do, how they operate, what the scheme involves and what is expected. Some people get a shock to the system as they don't realise what they're signing up for.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself. They can tell if you're not. Have a positive mental attitude and be enthusiastic but not overbearing. They want the best so be the best.
