What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

I would advise that you read and familiarise yourself with the job description and person specification so that you are able to tailor yourself to the business needs. I would also advise to have that hunger to gain valuable knowledge in HR and employment law as this graduate programme is really intense and you would need a lot of commitment to it, but the end result is worth it.

Do you have any interview tips?

I would advise the applicants to be confident and stand out amongst the crowd during the assessment day and interview, ensure that you show excellent communication skills and team work.
