What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Work-life balance (4-day work week), good benefits package. Everyone is very friendly and supportive. Work is interesting and most managers will try to align your work with your interests/preferences.
Worst
Work is mostly independent, not as many opportunities for collaborative teamwork as I would like. Some projects don't have much scope for hands-on/physical work. Promotions seem rare and hard to achieve.
