What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
In my software role, priorities and needs shift very quickly so there's always something new to be doing. If you have a growth mindset, there's always something new to learn. Given the nature of the tech industry there's so much going on and so many amazing opportunities.
Worst
Sometimes you can end up studying a tech stack that you're not interested in due to needs of the business, which is sometimes frustrating.

Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Don't be afraid to say if you don't fully understand how to do something specific in an interview, be curious and show that you want to grow and learn with the company.
Do you have any interview tips?
For engineering roles, demonstrate your engineering mindset (show how you can solve problems, not necessarily specific to your branch of engineering). As said earlier, don't try to come up with an answer to things you don't know about, and just be honest and friendly.
