What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The best thing about the job is being able to take responsibility early on and being exposed to taking a leadership role. I am always supported every step of the way so I am not afraid to ask for help when I get stuck.

Worst

Travelling to different sites can be a bit challenging due to distance, but it's something that is warranted in the construction industry and I will get used to it.
