What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I am able to go out and see the stuff being built that I have designed and set out. I am able to work alongside colleagues and help them throughout the project.

Worst

It can get very busy on the job so you always need good time management. When things go wrong it can be very expensive for the project and the programme schedule can be massively delayed so you need to stay on top of everything.

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Have a sound knowledge of engineering and what makes a great team in construction. Also, having the ability to manage your own time and tasks is crucial as it can be busy.
